Here are 5 things you can do right now to get started:
Set a goal
Think about something that you want to accomplish. Have you been wanting to start a new business? Learn how to dance like you are the Star? Shed those Thanksgiving and Christmas pounds? Whatever it is, set an attainable goal and write it down!
The first thing we need to do is make a decision that we are going to do something new. Set in your mind that you CAN DO IT! No matter the obstacles or set back, make the decision to keep moving towards your goal one step at a time.
Things are going to happen because life just isn’t perfect. But when something comes up – Stand! Take a physical and mental stance to get it done. For example, if you are starting a new business and someone tells you it won’t work – plant your feet on the ground and repeat “ I Can Do This!”
Let there be a natural flow. Don’t let your goal stress you out. Take simple steps, one at a time. Remember the old saying, “Rome wasn’t built in a day”.
Enjoy the Journey
It’s important to enjoy the journey towards your goal. If you don’t it will become more of a chore and who wants to do chores???
Ok so now, get a piece of paper. Start writing down things that come to mind. Pick one, yes, only pick one goal and let’s get started.
