Yay! I bought my membership... what's next?
Once you purchase your course pack you will receive an email on how to access the Member site. Be sure to add email@example.com as a safe sender. If you don’t receive an email within 24 hours please email us directly for assistance.
How do I access the members site?
Once you sign up you will be instantly sent a welcome email that will include steps on accessing the member site. You will be able to log in to our website easily from any device and have instant access to everything inside. If you are having any issues please send us a message at firstname.lastname@example.org and our team will get back to you ASAP.
When will my account be charged?
All accounts are charged on the same day of purchase depending on the type of membership you have. For example: if you sign up for a monthly membership on the 22nd of the month, you will be charged the monthly fee every 22nd of the month. If you sign up for an annual membership on the 23rd of the month, you will be charged again on the same exact day the following year!
This of course changes if you cancel your membership and then you won’t be charged again! The only exception to this is if you sign up on the 31st, for example, and the following month only has 30 days – you will then be charged on the 1st. Please make a note in your calendar so that you know when you are being charged next. It is your responsibility to cancel your membership if you do not wish to be a member anymore.
Can I cancel my membership?
Yes (but we’ll be sad to see you go). All memberships can be easily canceled on your own – right from the member dashboard on our member site!
If I cancel my membership will I lose my specialty pricing?
Yes. Prices are always subject to increase. If you signed up during a promotion, have been grandmothered in at your pricing, or have a lifetime membership when you cancel your membership you will lose access to that pricing and cannot come back at the previous rate.

Where can I find the members only Facebook group?
When you become a member of Parentpiphany you get special access to our members-only Facebook Group. In this group we will go going live, shar more trainings, tips and giving you a LOT more support. If you are a current member, you can request to join the Facebook Group within the portal by clicking the Facebook Icon.
Are refunds available?
Due to the nature of the membership site and the fact that we are giving you instant access to all materials, no refunds will be given at all as you can cancel anytime. But trust us when we say you won’t ever ask for one because you’ll love it so much!
If you do not want to be charged again for your membership fee, please be sure to cancel your membership on our website under your account before your next charge is to be made. If you are having trouble canceling it on your own, please email us at email@example.com.

What’s the difference between monthly and annual memberships?
We structured our monthly membership to be affordable for those who might need a payment plan. You get access to the exact same things, like unlimited downloads and a merch discount. You’ll save a bit by joining our annual membership. Find out more here.

Why is there a monthly commitment?
At this time, we require at least a 3-month commitment to join our monthly membership. We think that’s pretty fair and legit since we give access to over $2,000 (and growing) worth of context as soon as you join. For less than $200 (over 3 months) you can access all of our information. And remember you can always get 2 months for free by upgrading to our annual plan. Learn about that here.
I don't want to join facebook, is it worth me joining?
Without a doubt… YES! We totally get not everyone has or wants to be on Facebook. Good news, all the learning content will be on the members site (not Facebook) so you can still enjoy almost all of the most of the benefits. The Facebook group offers a way to engage and connect with the Parentpiphany community in another way.
Additionally, the members site includes a forum space.

Can’t login to your account? Don’t worry; we can help! Sometimes you simply need to reset your password. If you can still cannot login email us at email@example.com with the subject “Please reset my member account.”
P.S. we see a lot of people accidently put their email address as .CON instead of .COM so maybe check there first. Once logged in you can correct your email address.

What is a life coach?
Life coaching focuses on understanding your present to get you to your desired future. Life coaching is very action-oriented and goal-oriented.
Whether you’d like to address a specific personal project, professional goal, relationship, transition, or general conditions in your life, we will partner together to understand the current situation, identify likely challenges, and map a course of action to get to where you want to be.
As a life coach, I provide you support and guidance in reaching your goals while holding you accountable along the way. I do NOT give you answers – you are your own best expert. I’m here to ask you questions and offer tools for you to use in finding your answers.
How is life coaching different than therapy?
To start, life coaching is not therapy! Therapy tends to be more about digging into and processing your past, whereas life coaching focuses on understanding your present to get you to your desired future – BAM!
Life coaching is oriented around taking actionable steps for your future. Therapy is oriented around gaining self-insight. To be clear, with life coaching there are no medical diagnoses and/or labels involved.
Is life coaching a good fit for me?
Life coaching may be right for you if you have a goal or goals in mind (even if they’re fuzzy), you’re willing to put in work, and you would like someone to help guide you through the journey and hold you accountable.
Life coaching is RIGHT for you if:
- Any of these four areas resonates with you.
- You are motivated to explore and grow in your journey.
- You approach our time together as Sharita holding space, structure, partnership and accountability – not Sharita telling you answers.
Hello Motherhood will NOT be a fit for you if:
- You aren’t open to doing work.
- You aren’t ready to be completely honest in conversation.
- You are unable to commit to doing exercises outside of our sessions and/or completing a prep form in advance of our conversations.
- You resist being held accountable to your goals.
- You want someone to tell you the answers, rather than co-discover and co-create them.

It depends on the kind of support you’re looking for. Sometimes these are best answered our private Facebook community. It’s a place where not only we get to chime in, but so do other parents. You can join for free by clicking here.

I am not from the U.S. can I make payments in another currency?
All payments must be made in U.S. dollars. We find however that many of our international parents love the PayPal option when checking out. You can learn more about supported payment methods and currencies by going directly to the PayPal or Stripe wesbites.
Do you offer any discounts or coupons on your courses?
What we offer in our programs and courses is the real deal – no fluff. We know you’re gonna see growth, changes and a-ha moments right away so for that reason we don’t offer discounts or coupons
Do you work with guest blog contributors?
Yes! We love seeing actionable and teaching content come to the blog. We know we’re not the experts in everything so we’d love to see what you can provide. Head over to our contributor page to fill out our form and our Blog Coordinator will get in touch with you.
Can I use your email content/social media/blog posts/webinars, etc. on my own site?
No. You many not reprint or republish any of our content without our written permission, except where otherwise specified. We would however, love for you to share or link back to our content!

How much will it cost to have you speak at my event or conference?
It’s incredilbly hard to come up with a specific number without any details, because it depends on so many factors. Each event fee is customized based on where/when it is, how long the event runs, if other accommodations are included, etc. We’d love to get the conversation started by having you fill out our collaboration form so we can get in touch.
Will you be a guest on my podcast?
